It feels like a medium quality product; the bristles are made of plastic, a bit rigid at the stem, but slightly flexible at the tips. It's not meant for bathing, but rather just for brushing carefully without damaging it.

It works, it is quiet, my cat is not a fan of brushing when the humidifier works, but she likes them separately xd catches fur pretty nice, mine has short fur and it's winter, but it still collects some fur every time and kitty loves the massage
You can also detach the silicone part and wash it
